YOUR PAGE, YOUR CHOICE

Privacy & sharing.

How your information is used in the Roaming Utah journey. Updated October 14, 2026.

Your request starts private.

Roam saves the name, email, phone number, street address, city, ZIP when provided, last period date (LMP) when provided, preferred month and selected trip dates to plan routes and contact you about your request. Submitting a visit request asks Roam to follow up by email, call or text about that visit. It does not sign you up for marketing. Sponsor enquiries also save your message and any business details you choose to provide. Requests do not reserve appointments.

Your contact details stay private.

Your request page lets you update your name, email, phone, address, LMP and visit preferences. Contact details, street addresses, LMP and date preferences are available to the Roam team; they are not published on the map. Email changes take effect after you confirm the new address. Public trip dates describe Roam’s route, not a family’s appointment.

The photo, story and public-sharing form is currently paused. If you previously shared a story, contact Roam to change or hide it. Existing permission records remain separate from visit follow-up.

You can change your mind.

Open your request to edit your contact details and visit information, or withdraw your request. Withdrawing also hides any previously shared page; it cannot recall screenshots or copies. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel an existing appointment or refund a gift. Contact Roam for help with those arrangements.

For a request to remove stored information, email support@roamimagingutah.com from the address on your request. We may need to keep transaction and consent records to handle purchases, refunds and disputes.

Gifts and service providers.

Roam uses Supabase for request records and private photo storage, Resend for requested emails, Square for payments, Acuity for booking and gift codes, and Vercel to host these pages. Uploaded photos are resized and location metadata is removed. The website stores a private management-session cookie; Square uses its payment technology when you open checkout. Roam does not store card numbers.

Gift buyers provide a name and receipt email. Roam records the purchased session and payment result to deliver and reconcile the gift. Sponsors do not receive a family’s private contact details. A privately matched gift can show the city, package and confirmed stop without a name or profile.
