Daybreak has become the center of gravity for most of our South Jordan bookings — the neighborhoods around Oquirrh Lake, SoDa Row, and the Garden Park and Rosecrest developments are where we scan most often. The older South Jordan neighborhoods around 10400 South and toward the South Jordan City Center also book regularly. It's a relatively young city demographically, and we see a lot of first-time parents here who have been waiting for the right way to celebrate the pregnancy with family.

Most South Jordan families deliver at Intermountain Riverton Hospital — which, despite the name, is the closest major maternity hospital for much of South Jordan — or at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. For higher-risk pregnancies, University of Utah Hospital is the referral center. Our 3D/4D session is an elective keepsake; your OB and hospital handle the medical side.

Daybreak townhomes and condos work great for our setup even though they're not huge — we've done sessions in 1,400 sq ft homes with plenty of room. The newer 84009 construction tends to have big TVs in the main living area, which is perfect for our wireless HDMI setup so everyone can watch together. Saturday mornings and Friday evenings are the most-booked slots here.
